1. INTRODUCTION
This Employee Policy Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of employment, workplace conduct standards,
and penalty structure at Zoot Digital Pvt Ltd ("Company"). All employees are required to read, understand, and acknowledge
these policies as a condition of their employment.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have received, read, understood, and agree to comply with all policies
outlined herein. Violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including monetary penalties and/or termination.
📅 These policies are effective immediately upon signing and remain in force throughout your employment.
2. SALARY DEDUCTION & PENALTY POLICY
2.1 Calculation Method
All penalties are calculated based on the employee's daily wage, which is determined by dividing the monthly salary by 26 working days.
Daily Wage = Monthly Salary ÷ 26 Working Days
Penalty Amount = Daily Wage × Number of Days × Penalty Percentage

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
- All penalties will be deducted from the salary of the month in which they are imposed
- Employees have the right to appeal any penalty within 24 hours of notification
- Appeals must be submitted in writing to the HR department with supporting documentation
3. LIST OF VIOLATIONS & DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
3.1 Attendance & Punctuality
- Late Attendance: Arriving after designated work hours
- Late with No Update: Being late without informing supervisor
- Absent Without Notice: Unscheduled absence without prior approval
3.2 Performance & Quality
- Quality Issues: Work output below acceptable standards
- Missed Deadline: Failure to complete tasks within given timeframe
- Poor Performance (3+ days in Flowace): Consistent underperformance tracked in system
- Target Not Met: Failure to achieve assigned targets
- Major Error: Mistakes causing significant impact to operations
- Data Loss/Error: Mishandling of company or client data
3.3 Communication & Reporting
- Failed to Update Daily Work Report Before 12 PM: Not submitting daily status in group
- Not Shared Letter for Losers Section: Failure to share required documentation
- Incentive Sheet Not Shared on Time: Delayed submission of incentive-related documents
- Client Complaint: Negative feedback from clients due to employee actions
- Pitching Issues: Problems in client presentation or communication
3.4 Workplace Conduct
- Cross Talk: Disrupting work environment with unnecessary conversations
- Unprofessional Behaviour: Conduct not meeting professional standards
- Irritating Management: Disrespectful or disruptive behavior towards supervisors
- Not Maintaining Cleanliness: Failure to keep workspace clean and organized
- Process Violation: Not following established company procedures
3.5 Integrity Violations
- Manipulating Other Employees' Orders to Get Incentives: Dishonest practices for personal gain
- Any form of data manipulation or false reporting
4. PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE POLICY
The company follows a progressive discipline approach based on the number of violations within a calendar month:

5. EMPLOYEE RIGHTS & APPEAL PROCESS
- Employees have the right to receive written notification of any penalty
- Appeals must be filed within 24 hours of receiving penalty notification
- All appeals will be reviewed by HR and management within 48 hours
- Employees may present evidence and witnesses in support of their appeal
- The decision on appeals will be final and binding
6. GENERAL WORKPLACE POLICIES
6.1 Work Hours & Attendance
- Standard working days are calculated as 26 days per month
- Daily work reports must be submitted before 12:00 PM
- Any absence must be informed to the supervisor in advance
6.2 Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior with colleagues and management
- Keep workspace clean and organized
- Follow all company processes and procedures
- Respect confidentiality of company and client information
6.3 Performance Standards
- Meet assigned targets and deadlines
- Maintain quality standards in all work outputs
- Participate in performance tracking systems (Flowace)
- Submit required reports and documentation on time
